In the USA and Canada we provide7 days cancellation period after delivery. Which is required for all online goods. 

 Method of Refund

Refunds returned to the same form of payment used, store credit, anything else.

 Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods can always happen, We will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense you will receive your refund by sending us email.

 Shipping and packaging charges 

  • We mostly Used DHL services .
  • we deliver worldwide and cost associated with this is up to 20$.

  • Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

If the consumer will need to pay sending goods back to us then:

  •  they need to pay for the initial charges.
  • they get a refund on the delivery charges.

If a customer no longer wants to the goods, then we allow refund.

we can refuse refund on non damaged goods.
